Hi, I'm Katy!
Since completing my degree in Sports Science I’ve had lots of different jobs but the one consistent in my life has been a passion for health and fitness. I decided to train as a personal trainer to channel my passion, experience and knowledge into a way of helping others become the best version of themselves.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, friends and adorable doggos, run, cycle and swim, eat pizza, search for the perfect almond croissant and binge on the latest series (it’s all about balance!).

It really goes against the grain for me to blow my own trumpet, but since you’ve landed here, you’re probably stepping out your comfort zone in search of some change, so it’s only fair I do the same! Health and fitness has been a big part of my life for years, I try to apply a holistic approach to my wellbeing, and encourage me clients to do the same. Life is hectic and I know the struggle to find time for yourself can be real! However, I also know how empowering it feels when you do make that time for yourself and smash up some goals- and I want to help my clients achieve that empowerment!
I’m passionate about helping my clients feel the best they’ve ever felt, I want to help you achieve your goals whether its better health, gaining confidence, getting stronger or fitter- let’s make you the best you possible!
