  • 1 to 1 sessions to work towards your goals, however big or small. These sessions can be used as often as you like, however it is best to find a regular session time.

I had lost my fitness mojo. I wanted to get back in to some sort of routine but found it difficult to start on my own and had little sense of motivation. I do believe in fate and in February I was over the moon to win a 4 wk online coaching competition with Katy, she delivered a week-week programme that I followed at home at a time that suited me. Katy checked in regularly to see how I was finding the workouts, making sure things were a balance of manageable but also getting a good outcome from my efforts. I had been enjoying the sessions so much I signed up for outdoors 1:1's, 12 weeks in and I feel fantastic! I have lost weight and inches but I feel that I have gained so much more than I have lost. I was excited to hear that Katy was making the leap with coaching. I’ve always admired how she trained and competed but never really thought any of that was really for me. I always enjoyed walks and some yoga but wanted to feel fitter and stronger. So, when Katy opened up for bookings, I decided to give it a go. I was nervous - gyms are not my thing but, from my first session, Katy put me totally at ease. As a PT, she has such a gentle but motivating presence. I feel she’s constantly pushing me but supporting me every step. I’m doing things I never dreamed I would or would enjoy doing but I’m totally hooked! So much so, I rebooked for another set of sessions! The impact it has had on my fitness, strength and mindset has been huge. I cannot thank her enough.

I started training with Katy about a year after I had my little girl. I was worried about getting back in to training after having a cesarian and so much time off. Katy was amazing, she listed to what I needed and worked a program around my commitments and the equipment I had available (none!), she took in to account the time I had available and made bespoke exercises plans tailored to me. I love doing them, they’re different every time and I feel amazing when they’re completed. The layout is super easy to follow and all the exercises are well explained. I couldn’t recommend training with Katy more!
